Cottage Kitchen
A huge Belfast sink, stone farmhouse floor, beamed ceilings and oodles of character. Sit and watch boats sail by over a leisurely breakfast – bliss! All the usual appliances incl: microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Pots and pans a plenty. The rear porch next to the kitchen is a great little storage area for boots /dog/beach gear.
Lounge
The lounge has two brown leather sofas with plenty of throws and cushions to get cosy and comfy, WiFi, Sky TV (basic) and best of all . . . a real fire, with kindling, logs and coal supplied. The cloakroom and ground floor toilet and basin are situated behind the lounge adjacent to the front door of the cottage.
En-Suite Double Bedroom
The first floor has one en-suite double bedroom incorporating a cast iron Victorian bath with hand held shower, wash basin and toilet. This room has windows on two sides and fabulous sea views.
House Bathroom
A wood panelled house bathroom with a Victorian cast iron bath with an electric shower over the bath. A Velux sky light ensures that this room is nice and light, good sized hand basin and toilet.
Downstairs WC
Just beyond the lounge, inside the front entrance porch is a small WC.

Showing the quiet, peaceful location of Holly Cottage, ample parking and sea views. Boggle Hole youth hostel is and beach is just a short stroll down the lane.
Dining Room
The dining room has seating for up to 8 people, and a wonderful old Victorian cast iron range. The payphone and a range of local interest leaflets and brochures are kept in the dining room. The cupboards contain a selection of books and board games.
Downstairs Double Bedroom
Double bedroom with plenty of space, storage space and Yorkshire stone floors with rugs. Occupants of this room can use the house bathroom upstairs, or the cloakroom and ground floor toilet and basin which are situated behind the lounge adjacent to the front door of the cottage.
Double Bedroom
A good sized and super cozy double bedroom with a cast iron feature fireplace, ample storage space and a cot. Window looks out towards the side garden and parking area.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is a sweet little room which also has fabulous sea views. Two single beds and storage. Looks out to the side garden and parking area.
Grounds & Parking
There are lawned areas for children to play and pets to relax, 2 garden benches ideally located for enjoying the views and garden furniture for al fresco dining. Private parking for two cars at the cottage and further ample car parking spaces less than a minutes walk down the lane.
